Fishing the feeding frenzy

A picket line of a couple-dozen of Lake Livingston's best anglers lined a 30-yard stretch of the bank of the Trinity River on the upper reaches of the big reservoir at dawn earlier this week. "When you see those guys, you know they're on fish," Simon Cosper said as he toed his boat's trolling motor controls and swung his boat's bow toward the spot about 100 yards down the bank.
